Hello,
I am a long time star seller/etsy seller. I fulfilled all my orders this past week on time/no late shipments. I have no outstanding bills to pay. Today I noticed that my shop was placed on forced vacation mode with no email notification. The only notification is under the vacation mode tab which says:
"We put your shop on pause
To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing, we’ve temporarily paused your shop. During this time, buyers will see your shop in vacation mode."
I have also checked my Tax ID information as that seemed to be the issue for a lot of other individuals in the forums. It says my tax information has been verified and my government ID has been verified for many years now (and still shows verified). Is there a way to escalate this situation to help remove the forced vacation mode from my shop? I have reached out to Etsy support but I am worried how this is going to impact my shop sales. I have read it takes some shop owners weeks to restore their shop and I am very afraid of that happening.
