Hello, I was wondering who I can speak with about my star seller badge? I qualify for it but there’s a technical error for my shipping rating. All of my sales have been delivered on time with tracking but for some reason one of them isn’t updated and is causing a problem with me qualifying for the star seller badge for the period October 1-December 31. Which I do qualify, it’s just a technical error. Can someone please be so kind to look into this for me?

you may want to search the forums for previous posts on this topic. from what i’ve read, customer support will not help with ss issues (even when seller’s believe it’s been removed or not added in error)….
that being said, i don’t think it should be as difficult to reach or find the correct links to get help. since it is so difficult, i’ve collected them when sellers mentioned they found help. i hope one of these will work for you:

if you do email them you *should* get an automated reply and once you do, you must reply to that email above the line of asterisks that their automated best guess solutions did not work. all you have to say is something like “i still need help” send the reply, and it should stay active. it’s critical that you reply to the automated response you receive and don’t send additional emails thinking it will speed things up (this actually slows things down.)
*** none of these links seem to work all the time. also know they may, or may not work outside the usa, may or may not work outside non-standard usa business hours (m-f & 8-5) and like many companies on major holidays, support may be limited, if available at all (these holidays are typically posted in advance before a new year begins. i do not know if etsy does this)***
@NorthEastTarot: Have you checked the applicable CSV file to see why Etsy thinks the order did not ship on time with tracking?
Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data. They have been able on some occasions to fix issues that cause the the Star Seller stats to auto update, but even if they are able to correct something it will not retroactively restore a star.
