My sons account was suspended without reason , no emails , no in spam folder , I did not sell even one item yet -it is only setup period , today i started to add 15 listings and then i changed store name and got suspended right away, Regina can you help please ,we cannot wait 2 weeks to get answer by making case, we made case but at my experience it will not get answered soon , at least he deserve to know reason, also his account blocked to open discussion here , buttons to contact support disappeared, errors always that he not authorized to use this service etc....

Confusion here.
Who is the owner of the account? Your son? Is he of legal age to have a shop on Etsy? If he is under 18 but over 13 he can have a shop if you are the account owner. Under 18 cannot handle finances. Minors Policy - Our House Rules | Etsy

he is born in 2004 and his account complketely separate from my , I encourage him to make something with his hands and he is almost cry now , as he only can use his ssn once on etsy

The accounts are not completely separate, if you are logging into both,
YOU are linking the two accounts
you can't manage his account for him,
It's his account, he has to do it,
if you are doing admin for him, you have to both disclose the others accounts, and you have to be listed as admin in his account.
and make sure you sell completely different things
really., I would leave him alone to do things himself, don't interfere

Hmmm we have one computer in warehouse we rent .Everybody use the same Wireless Network, It is not a violation ?? We are not criminals. He manage his account himself BTW he did not sell a single thing .Is it late to fix it ??
