Help my account has been hacked

Seems like my account has been hacked. And the person is sending messages to many sellers using my account. The messages contain links to items which I don't sell like t-shirts and baby clothes. I don't know how they're doing it. But the person is sending the messages in Germany which I don't speak. My account is US-based. I have received many replies in my Etsy messages which I was flagging as spam. I have tried searching for ways to contact Etsy but there is no direct way. Today I received an email warning me of a policy violation. I am so confused and stressed. any help?

note: I changed my password yesterday and set up 2-step verification but I 2 sellers were contacted today

And if they have access to your account, check you financial page in your dashboard make sure they have not changed you bank details to their.
