While i was being helped by support, it seems chat frozens. I already cleaned up the browser cookies and history. What should i do?

Hi Celia, Here is a recent Thread re: the same thing. It looks like it's a common issue which hasn't been fixed.

The only thing I know that works is opening an email ticket with Etsy so they can fix it.
Yep, I have never had chat in all the years it has been available even after I have told them it wasn't working. I use email and that works fine when I need to contact Etsy.
Thanks a lot for your help! So odd a known problem isn't addressed yet... And we don't even have an email channel to report this. I made a ticket request, but from what you both say, probably it will stand as it is for some time...

"So odd a known problem isn't addressed yet" There are problems that are 4 or more years old that have never been debugged. If it isn't losing them money from buyers, they do not care.
I was receiving support from chat and after operator said it would escalate to proper department, the chat frozen. I opened a ticked and it says ticket is closed. Problem maintains, no explanation, no call back from anyone trying to check it. I researched this and i saw that, at least as far as november 24, this problem is a thing here. I am puzzled. That's the main and only way to get proper support. It is not an important thing to etsy to solve? And etsy sellers community lives well with this? I opened my shop about a month ago, trying to get last tunings done, and so far i am appalled with etsy support and some of the features (or lack of them). Saddly, i came this far to find them, of course they are not on their ads. So, i am at a point where i've paid to open, etsy is not working as it should, i have no support channel and tickets are closed without even a polite note. Comments on this?

I also have chat frozen after a conversation was escalated, no idea how to speak to anyone now, ill try calling them later.

Chat was either not closed properly or the chat person forgot to close it when sending your request forward,
Asking in the forums is actually a better way to go unless the problem is very specific like tax information,
@TwilightAndTarnish the frozen chat problem has existed way before November. My issue was in September, and I already knew how to fix it from what other people had experienced.
