Woke up to find that my shop has been put in vacation mode with the following message on my dashboard-

'Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.'

I have received no email or any messages to my account about this or what document they require and I can't find a way to contact Etsy. I'm based in the Uk, had my shop since 2018 and I'm a 'star seller' for October. Never had any warnings, violations, suspensions etc. I have 3 outstanding orders, but none are overdue.

Any advice from other sellers who have gone through this would be greatly appreciated.

it seems that we all are in the same boat. 4+ days since the vacation and nothing.i check my info and everything looks ok.

If someone of you is open soon,please share it,It will be a relief to know that things are on the mend.

Same here, my shop was put into Vacation mode since yesterday. Was hopefully making some sales before Xmas... I hope we all can reopen our shop soon.... :'(

Same here, my shop is in vacation mode from past 11 days for no reason, i have not received any mail and even etsy support is not responding.
