Hi, Etsy put my shop in vacation mode due to identity verification. My verification has been successfully completed, but I am unable to turn off vacation mode. I have submitted a complaint to Etsy repeatedly, but I still have not received a response. Can someone suggest what I should do?

they won't respond, worst support ever, they put my shop on vacation mode every 2nd third day, even my shop was in vacation mode entire december. they just keep charging listing fee.
