Help To Reopen A Shop That Was Closed By Etsy In Error!

Hi, 

There is a shop that has been selling soap cutters on here for a long time. 

I've gone on to find the shop so I could finally purchase, but the shop has been closed by etsy in error. 

I reached out to the owners of the shop on social media and they had no idea why it was closed/suspended. 

They have not received any notification from etsy to explain why and as they can't get back into their shop they can't report the error either. 

They do not sell copyright or illegal items. This is their own designed and manufactured items and they have sold thousands of them with so many fantastic reviews.

Please can you help. This is their livelihood and closing it will have significant affects on them.

They may have been suspended because possibly Etsy bots thought they were reselling - I heard this was happening to a few legit handmade shops and we could only surmise that it could be because they had photos stolen by sellers on marketplaces like AliExpress. I dunno, it's just my guess.

No one here can help.
The shop owner is the only one that can do anything. 
The shop would need to contact Etsy and appeal the closing if they were closed in error.

You have 6 months from the day your account was suspended to file an appeal. If you miss this window, your account will remain permanently suspended and you won’t be able to appeal.
