Help Needed with Identity Verification Issue

Hello fellow sellers,

I’m facing a serious issue with the identity verification process on Etsy. I have already completed all the required steps and received confirmation that my verification was successful, but I am still being asked to verify my information every time I log in.

Because of this, I am currently unable to receive payments for my sales, which is becoming a major issue for my shop.

I suspect the problem might be related to the fact that I initially used a private/incognito browser mode during the verification process, and that may have prevented Etsy from properly registering my verification.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have advice on how to resolve this? I’ve contacted Etsy support, but any additional tips or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about the pop up in your dashboard not going away?

 

If so, keep clicking on it until it takes you to a box where you verify whether or not you sell to the EU.

Once you finish that part, it should go away.
