Help Needed. Account Verification Issue

Hello, 

I have recently created my ETSY shop, provided legal details, added and verified my bank account. I registered as a business seller (EU based) Made 2 sales and my account was put on vacation by ETSY while they attempt to verify my details. 

It was more than a week ago when the verification started and I have not received a single response from ETSY although they mention this usually takes 2-5 business days. I suspect it has something to do with legal business documentation that they requested, but have not inquired with me since. 

Is there anything I can do on my end to expedite this review process? Its a holiday season and I missing on sales.

Based on the 1 review in your shop, you may have been selling items which Etsy considered infringing (looks like that item is based on a TV show?). 

Also, did a POD company make this mug or did you literally make it yourself? If you were working with a POD company, it looks like you failed to mention that. Read Etsy's "Creativity Standards" for more information

If you are setting up as a business,

you need all the business information in the legal and tax information, including your business registration, and if you have an EU vat number, your VAT number there, beginning LT - check the EU database to ensure it checks out, because if it doesn't validate there, etsy can't validate it.

Also, check your business registration number also matches your countries database, and they all have exactly the same info  in them - identical.

also, as a shop can only have 1 owner, you have to be able to be validates as you, so your name, address, ID, and tax number, all have to match exactly.

make sure your additional taxpayer ID field has your  asm.K number, and that all matches.

In the meantime, you need to add a gdpr privacy statement, a right to withdraw statement, and your address and e-mail address in sellers details.
