Help! My shop is empty but my listing are "active"

My shop is showing up as having no listing, even though I have 15 active listing in the manager.

I found this out as I was trying to manage my ads and no listing were showing up in the ad manager either.

Please help.

When did you first list the products?  If it was more than 4 months ago, the listings could have expired and need to be renewed.

It's saying none expied, just active. But they don't show up

select all listings in active listings. deactivate.

wait a few minutes.

then reactivate.

this should clear the issue.

Thanks. This seemed to work for 1. But now it says the shop has 15 listings but they aren't showing
