Buyer messages seen as from separate buyers

Hello, everyone! I've received some messages from a buyer, and Etsy sees 1 message as if received from another buyer.

I've only replied to one thread, obviously. We continued our convo there, but that 1 message I didn't reply to, is about to make me lose my Star Seller Badge.

What can I do?

Reply to all or mark as spam

Buyers don't always reply to the same thread, and create another one, it's  considered a new message and needs a reply. The algorithm doesn't read them or know they are from same seller.
