Help! Legal and tax information can't go through

I am a Hong Kong seller and so we don't have US tax ID nor France nor german tax id, we filled in the legal and tax informtaion as business type and upload the government business registration document.

But it never go through, I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks....

My shop is forced to be on vacation mode and can't sell any items.

WE sent a few emails to etsy but always get the same 'canned email' and i have replied them with my government registration document and still do not know what's wrong and what etsy needs to reopen my account again.

I desperately need help.......

Please, can anyone please help us....

unfortunately etsy is the only one that can help… 

since it became difficult to find the links to contact help, i’ve collected links when sellers mentioned they found options that worked. some may just be for US and may only work monday to friday, but i would try them all if i were in your shoes, sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease! i hope one of these will work for you:

if you do email them you *should* get an automated reply and once you do, you must reply to that email above the line of asterisks that their automated best guess solutions did not work. all you have to say is something like “i still need help” send the reply, and it should stay active.
