Help! I cannot change title and descriptions of my items!

Hi everyone,

I am completely new to Etsy as just a few days ago I opened the shop for the first time and i've never done anything like this before.

I didn't sell anything and I don't get any views and thanks to other topics I found out that my biggest problem is poor titles, descriptions and tags.

So this morning I decided to sit down and start reviewing all of my items and be more focused on these three tools and it worked well for the 1st item.

But going on to the second and the third, when saving the changings, I end up just with the tags modifications, but not title and description.

I've tried several times, on different items but i can't find a solution to this problem, so all my items remain with poor titles and descriptions.

Can somebody help me to understand what is going on and how to resolve this?

Hellooo, I have this problem too and already told the support. But it did not change up to now. Before editing, use the "old version" you can cange that right on top of your product site. Then it will work

 After couple of hours, I managed in some the new descriptions and in a couple also the title, but still won't accept it for the rest.

I will definetely try then with the old version, thank you!

I hope they will solve the problem soon

The new listing for is very glitchy. I have been using the old one.
