Help! Glitch - not reactivating my account after completing requirements

My shop was temporarily suspended due to non use for several years, when I came to reactivate it there was extra info to submit in order to reactivate including signing up for Etsy Payments. I completed all these and received an email saying that they have accepted my submitted info and that my account is now active, but when I go to shop manager it says that my account is still suspended and that I need to enroll in Etsy Payments, but when I go over it, all the info is correct and I can't find anything missing. Etsy is totally uncontactable, when I email them I just receive automated responses and when I reply back to them, I receive no reply in return.

What can I do to finally resolve this issue and get my business back online!?

Any help much appreciated.

Yes I went through all the requirements and even received a confirmation email of this, but shop manager had not been updated to reflect this.

 

Luckily have just received contact from etsy finally and they have now sorted it yay!

You do have Etsy payments in your shop. Did you try a make a listing?

Yes checked and double, triple checked through all the things like that to make sure.

 

Luckily have just received reply rom etsy finally and they have sorted it out
