Help Center Not Available

I can access the Help Center as long as I'm not logged in, but as soon as I try to access it logged in, I get sent to the "Whoopsie" page that redirects me to Etsy Status. Is anyone else having this problem? I can't contact Etsy through the Help Center or check on support requests.

I've tried different devices and browsers, too, and it's the same issue.

I get the Whoopsie page at least once a day. It’s probably Etsy updating policies in the background. I don’t know that for a fact, I’m just guessing. Have no fear, it’ll come back up.

I would not be surprised if Etsy Support is overwhelmed.  Today I found thus in my dashboard, Shop Advisor; "Looking for support? We’re here for you! You can now chat with our team of seller support experts for personalized shop support." I found that bizarre, since there hasnt been enough support staff at Etsy for awhile.  I have had some some things resolved by going to support, but these were Etsy issues that I knew other sellers could not help me with.

@CassandrasNotebookThere is a lot of stuff that other sellers here in the forums can give you advice about. Depending on the issue or question, you may want to start a thread in the forums first, while you wait for "support".

I'm in no rush for support, I was just wondering if it this was just my account bugging out.

My issue is a deactivated listing that I'm 99% sure is a bot issue. I had the same exact thing happen last month. It took about around 20 days for a human to look at the listing and correct the bot's mistake.

With both support request, I got weird auto-replies first. I have a feeling Etsy is just updating the way it handles its help and support, and is just running into hiccups along the way.

I'm sorry to hear this.  Other sellers have had this issue so it may be an intermittent issue?  I was able to contact support chat today and get assistance very quickly for an issue only Etsy could help with.  I was pleasantly surprised this happened.

Try getting there the other way without accessing Help Center. It will save you a few clicks. 

Shop manager > Community & Help > Contact us.

That should get you to the beginning of the support ticket process where you select selling on etsy etc.

You should be able to find your other support requests there by clicking your avatar in the top right side of the page. When you click it should give you a drop down with 'My support requests' or 'Sign out' as the options. Just click 'my support requests'.

That way didn't work either, but I checked using my phone instead of laptop, and the mobile version of the Help Center is working now. It's not an urgent issue, I was just wondering if anyone else was having an issue or if this was something I needed to resolve on my own.

I've been having the same issue all weekend and today. I followed an old link in a forum post for help which did not have me signed in. Not signed in I was able to chat. Just went to my dashboard and noticed a little chat icon in lower right hand corner. I clicked it and it seemed to open up a chat window. I just talked to them so I didn't want to bother them again- not sure if it actually works.

Came here to post about not being able to get past the login for the "help (ha, ha) center" and saw your reply.

While I don't have "chat" in the bottom right of the dashboard I do have "help center", which has me already logged in unlike the "help center" at the bottom of most Etsy pages, which requires you to login and then leads to a "whoopsie" page.  Etsy's new and improved customer service.  Ridic!
