Hi,
On the Star Seller page, it says "1 order missing processing time" for an order I sent on time. I even sent the package, whose processing time was 1-3 days, via UPS Express one day before (2nd day). I entered the valid tracking number on the same day.
So far I have sent all my orders on time.
I think it's a mistake.
I request that this situation be reviewed so that it does not affect my February Star Seller Rating.

When transferring the number to Etsy, likely you entered a space before the number or cut off a number or made some other minor mistake. Double check it. You have only 3 days to update it. After that, it's set. And Etsy won't adjust it for you.
The shipping tracking number is complete and accurate. Also I have never updated it.
download the CVS file to verify that the shipment you're being dinged for is the one you think it is.
check the tracking and make sure that the tracking shows correctly. Could be that the sync between Etsy and the carrier wasn't working.
And like @bradgoodell suggests, make sure that there are no leading or trailing spaces.
Once you've verified on your end, contact Etsy support. This type of bug should be reported to Etsy.

I don't believe that the underlying data has ever been corrected for anyone experiencing this issue.
From the SS info page> "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum." Which means they won't fix it even if their error and reporting it here does nothing ans there is no admin presence for issues like this. Even if their fault. If it suddenly happened to EVERYONE they might do something but otherwise they treat it as a Oh that stinks for you glitch. I know as I have been there. The package even showed delivered via the tracking ON THE ORDER and got a 5 star rating. Luckily I had enough other data to float it but I am sure it has sunk some sellers.
I don't know why they send people here when the know nobody here can help them. It is like a customer service Dept. door that leads to the parking lot... and locks behind you. I have heard Chat hangs up on people who have SS issues. And reporting it via a ticket will get you nowhere.
@AyMuDuStudio This just happened to me and I got the same response that you did. It's a known bug, and seeing your thread indicates it's been going on for at least nine months now. Did Etsy ever fix your shipping stats?
Yes, on the last day of that month ETSY corrected my stats, so my star seller rating was not affected.

I think it might also be helpful for you to connect with Etsy live chat and explain the situation to an Etsy representative. That's what I did.
