Help!!! All items in my shop show sold, and my customers can’t check out

Why it happened to my shop so often? Anyone can fix the problem soon please?

Is the quantity of your items 1+? If so, contact ETSY Support using the little chat box in the right hand corner and get them to check.

They show sold out to me when you click on the items. They are all visible on the home page but then when you click on a specific item it says 'sold out'.

That one was copied manually. A customer wanted to buy that pattern recently.

If so you need to disclose all accounts in each shops public profile section.

It's kind of confusing when posting from a different shop that doesn't seem to be having problems.

Why do you have digital downloads as ONLY 1 available?
Put a larger amount available to see if it fixes the problem.
Why not have 100 available?


ETA: I see some listings that are available (in the warmcottage shop) and some showing available until I click on them then shows sold out. 
The baby shoes, monkey jacket pattern and a baby shirt pattern with dogs are showing sold out.

if so.

try changing the amount of patterns available in the listing.

since they are digital downloads...

i am not sure why you have them at just 1 available.

maybe it will help until etsy can fix it.

Not all of them are sold out on my end. I found 3 and then stopped. But yes, definitely increase the quantities available, if you are trying to avoid the multi quantity listing fee by only listing 1 available at a time, honestly you're losing money with the time it takes you to relist each one. And there's really no way to know if Etsy is boosting listings that have "only 1 left".

Thank you so much. I increased the amount available, and filled up "craft type"(I left it blank before). The problem looks solved. You guys are amazing.
