I am desperate for help and the biggest problem is EC. Support will not contact me or recognize this problem. Since coming out with the Customer Service metrics I have been busting my butt improving 1400 listings over the past nine months, but it has paid off my revenue is doubled each and every day however, in the past week, I feel like everything is gone Pictures have delivered back to the garbage they were tags are gone. Material list went back to what it was other things that shouldn’t be gone or gone it’s like I had a data loss and every attempt to reach at the support is ignored or dismissed. I need help immediately This is my livelihood and this is mentally destroying me. Please help I am talking about $1000 of money lost per week if this doesn’t get fixed, I am at the top 0.2% of sellers in a tree like garbage by Etsy Support
I have worked my butt off getting to this level if it’s all for nothing I’m just gonna end myself. If everything I’ve done is for nothing I don’t have the will to live anymore. I’m really desperate for help from Etsy Support. Let me be clear on that

What does 'EC' stand for?
Are you saying that you made changes to all your listings (over the past 9 months) but now all those listings have reverted back to how they were before you made the changes? Did this 'change back' happen after that listing sold and relisted? Do you see any listings that have retained their changes?
Have you checked on different devices? I'm wondering if it's a browser cache issue. i.e. Perhaps the changes are there but you personally are not seeing them when your view your own listings (it's just an idea worth considering/testing).
With the recent changes to the Creativity Standards I suggest you put more time and effort into your website and just use Etsy as an advertising vehicle (then direct buyers to your website via a flyer enclosed with their order)
I understand how frustrating selling on Etsy can be - I've just done my own accounts for 2024-25 and it's depressing. I consider you lucky to have been able to make a living selling here which is something I could only dream of. However you may have to realign your expectations going forwards and find other sales channels. Nothing is impossible and there are still lots of possibilities of you approach it with a positive mindset. Don't make any hasty decisions. Be kind to yourself and please do reach out to MH professionals if you need to talk.
There is definitely a problem with your shop that only Etsy can fix.
1. Your shop home page shows 14 items for All, yet your shop sections add up to a much greater number.
2. Your On sale shows 14 items, yet I see the same sale of "Eligible orders get 11% off" in all your shop sections
3. I only get 46 items showing up whether I sort by Custom, Most Recent, Highest or Lowest Price.
I wonder if your problems might have started with the cloud issues on June 12?
I am sorry I can't help. All I can suggest is going to Shop Manager > Help > Contact Us > Selling on Etsy, then keep drilling down to "I still need help" until you find a contact option. Please feel free to report my observations 1, 2 & 3 in your correspondence with Etsy.
That's weird.
I'm in the US and on their shop home page, I see all 1,388 listings and all 1,388 show on sale.
@vintageNCtreasures I would think the problem is that both myself and @DaysofYoreTreasures are outside the US so the seed listings are restricted (I can't view them because they are not available in my region).

I'm seeing 1,387 now (I assume they sold one item).

Next to 'All' in the shop section menu on the left I see the number '10', but I can see there are more listings in the sections below and I see there are more than 5 pages of listings. So I'm not sure what's going on there but I can't order from this shop anyways.

The OP is in the US and regional regulations would come into play here. Op cannot sell outside the US.
Here in Canada I see 1399 listings and shipping costs to United States only...
You shouldn't type things like you are going to end yourself unless it is a genuine cry for help!! You may end up with a call from your local Police if somebody reports it.

I think there is a big problem with your shop
Etsy has changed its policy regarding items found in nature. They must be hand-picked or hand-collected by the shop owner, not sourced in bulk and re-sold. This might explain some of your shop issues.
The following are examples of items that do not qualify as ‘handpicked by a seller’:
I also noticed they have 2 production partners (seed companies).
But their listings state "Handpicked".
How can seeds be "handpicked" if buying from a seed company to resell?
It should say "sourced by" but now with the new rules, that wouldn't be allowed either since the seeds are bought from another company to resell.
A production partner shouldn't even be listed since this is a company/person that makes items that the seller designs and only makes them for that seller, and the seller is NOT designing those seeds.
It doesn't seem like those seeds are being handpicked/collected by the seller.
When contacting Etsy support, stick to one ticket, don't open multiple. Don't use the 'chat' option, they know almost nothing.
Stick to the email support. Every time you get an email and it's not fixed for you, reply with the statement 'I still need help' and repeat the problem. Stay calm and polite, and have patience.
There's def an issue with your shop and Etsy needs to fix it. I'm only seeing 14 listings for 'all', but 1387 'on sale'. Every listing I click on says it's not available in my region, outside of the US or not. There's an issue here specifically with what you sell and it's up to Etsy to share that with you, which they will not do until you keep saying I still need help.
Lately, please seek crisis support if you really do feel the need for self-harm. It's not worth ending things just because Etsy are messing up this end, there's lots of options.

Your shop looks fine to me. Listings appear to be fine with photos and materials. Tags look good.
I'm on Edge with Windows 11.
Perhaps your computer is corrupted or you have an extension interfering?
Listings say "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region" (UK).
that's because the are selling seeds from the usa
