Hello??? Tech support???

I’m still wondering why I can’t actually get a live person to help with technical issues?

very disappointed with this platform and lack of help.

@Former_Member  - Truly live tech support is difficult to connect with. Depending on the issue, at times shop owners may see the link, have the ability, to enter their telephone number for a call back from an Etsy rep.

Then there is chat, which is not a 24/7 operation & again can be difficult to access.

Sending an email to support about an issue is usually what shop owners end up doing, however, you will need have patience when waiting for a reply. Also, if you send an email, remember to reply to any generic responses from Etsy that your issue is not resolved. Don't open new help tickets.

Or, you can pose your question here in the forums. As long as you are specific enough - but no need to get "personal" - there may well be someone who can help you figure out how to solve your problem. Or at least get you pointed in the right direction.

If you are willing to describe the issue, we probably can offer what to do.

Contact us is the best bet.  Try email and if you want include your phone number.  Chat is limited in what they can do.

If you did send an email, use the response email to request additional help.

Most answers can be solved by reading information in Help or asking here.

You are just starting.  You haven't been here long enough to be that disappointed. 

(BTW since you are new you may want to make sure none of your items are infringing.  I see some potential in some of your items. )
