Having trouble uploading photos to listing

Hi all, hoping someone can help. Went to make a new listing over the weekend via the app and got to the point of adding photos, which up until last week I was able to do all at once by clicking on all the required photos and then adding them as a batch. Yesterday, however, while I could add a batch of photos, when I got to the end of the listing Etsy had only added one, and I had to waste time adding each photo singly! No settings on my phone have changed, so it has to be something Etsy's end, but customer service have been no help. Do any of you have any idea what I can do to fix this?

I think many others had the same problem adding photos via the app (I was unable to recently add video through the app too). Can you use a web browser to do this? That seems to be the best option until Etsy is able to update the seller app (which is notoriously glitchy)

I suppose I will have to give that a go, but it's a pain when all my photos are on my phone. Thanks for the response.

@MrWednesdaysWorld I get it - I use my phone for videos and some photos, and I email them to myself and use my computer to access email and download from there
