I have my business account and a personal account (from before my shop). I was trying to download a file i had purchased from personal account. it is giving me an error 404. I tried other files and same error. I went through all the troubleshooting of switching to different browsers, clearing browser history, clearing cache, cookies...everything, turning off vpn. but nothing is working. I switched to my business account to see if there are any issues i am unaware of and tried a download from a purchase and it worked just fine. Anyone else observed this or had customers contacting that they are getting this error? Nothing is showing from ETSY that there are issues and I really need this file for a customer ASAP!

I would contact the seller and see if they can email the files to me.
I sell digital downloads and I’ve had a few people today saying they get blank pages or errors when they click the links in their emails. I’ve had to send the pdf files directly. Hope Etsy can fix this asap!
