Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly

I am a star seller and since I became a star seller my sales dropped to 0. I contacted etsy suppert multiple times, and they couldnt assist me. Last what they did is suggest me to write here. 

My three scores are above the minimum, but the case number is 3. Which has to be 1, because 2 out of 3 cases were closed in my favors. Etsy is not calcualting wrong the case number in this period and  they decreased my visibility. 

It is very sad and fustrating, because as a star seller I won NOTHING, only stress and 0 sales. 

Please advice.

I just checked that today, and only today I got 2-3 reviews of 5 stars.  

Thats why I am suspicious about hte case number miscalcuation. Didnt think about 1 star when I receive more 5 stars in avarage.

The thing is, I am not worried about star seller. I am already a star seller. And since I became a star seller, my sales dropped.

It's super slow right now. Most people are planning their summer vacation. This weekend is a national holiday in the US. Etsy are also doing their summer testing which is having a few odd side effects.

Now is a good time to work on new designs, tidy your workspace or just take a break.

If you talked to Chat they send people here when they can't or won't answer.  Nine times out of ten we can't answer as we are only fellow sellers.

Sales have nothing to do with being star seller. 

What do your stats say over the years?  Do you have times when things slow down only to pick up later?   It's normal for sales to fluctuate and right now with the US in turmoil for many reasons, sales are going to go up and down more often as buyers think twice about purchasing.
