Having trouble changing my featured listings

I have gone through all the steps to change my featured listings but they don't change when I look at my shop. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

After all the changes, save them and do literally nothing for about five minutes.

@artdi: There are many many reports in this forum that successful changes to Featured Listings often take a considerable amount of time to be reflected on the shop home page.

Works best using the edit feature from the front page of the shop.  But yes, it takes ages to update.
