Having problems with my shop-need help from the community.

I received this message and I don't know if it is fake or real. I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone at ETSY. I assume they have a proper email address for help.  Here is the message:

Hello, your store is temporarily unable to accept new orders.
To restore store operation and see new orders in your profile, please reply to this message.

1. Your name specified during registration.
2. Your email address.

You will be sent a notification where you will be able to complete a simple verification and receive payment for your order.

As you realized Etsy already has that information. 

Mark this message as spam & do not interact any further.

Real messages from Etsy will be in the "from Etsy" message box. To see messages correctly, use a browser - do not use the seller's app. The app is lacking in some protective features.

This is a scam, stick the message in your spam folder so that it is flagged. Do not give them any information, Do not click on any links, downloads or scan QR codes.

Check your shop and you will see it is open
