Shop in vacation mode for over a month after start, no reason given

My shop has not been online since creating it, I have submitted all details needed and my shop dashboard says there are no open actions. Only when I go into the settings I can see that the shop has been put in vacation mode and there is no way to get it live.

Have sent multiple tickets to support, other than referring to a general help page telling me to check all details are completely submitted (they are), I have not had a single answer from a human that can tell me what I have to do. No email, not in spam, nothing.

I'm about to give up on Etsy. Any one have any tips?

Stop sending multiple tickets through help. Every time you do this the older ticket gets closed and the new ticket gets put back in line.

Send ONE help ticket and keep replying to it that "you still need help".

Does your Legal/tax info page (under finances) have anything on it that needs updating?
Does your payment settings page (under finances) have anyhting on it that needs updating?

If nothing is there, you'll have to wait on Etsy which might take weeks.

Have you been asked to upload any ID documentation?  Your ID info has to match up exactly with the details you entered at registration.

Everything was submitted, there are no open actions on dashboard, I even have a set of hands applauding that everything is in order. In the mean time i found where to update older tickets, as this is also not apparent unless you know where "my tickets" are. Very discouraging experience!
