I have noticed in the past week my traffic has taken a dive like a down hill skier. I mean we are talking like a double black diamond. So I went on to my erank account to do an audit for my individual listings and the stats showed up telling me I am missing all my images, they can't find any sale history and just very incomplete stats to my items on etsy.

has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Any help or clue would be great.

Since I don't use erank, I can't advise you about that at all but if another site couldn't find my account or told me all my images were listing, I would be looking at my images on Etsy to verify they are then.  Then use a different computer to see if they came up in a search.  If everything checked out, I would assume there was a problem with erank since they seem to have lost everything pertaining to your shop.

Thank you. Yes, I did a search and found that my listing are buried deep in the search but seem to exist. I am not expecting to be ranked very high do to my minimal sales in comparison to many but I seem to have some presence. Thank you.

Can you query erank and see what they say about your account?

Thank you, I sent them a message in the message box and I am waiting to hear from them but I figured I would post to the group to see if anyone had any insight or experience into this situation. Maybe someone has knowledge on how to check to see if I am invisible on etsy or any technique I am not aware of to check on my presence. Thank you for responding.

Thank you all that helped. 

The problem is fixed. Somehow my site dislocated from erank and I just had to reconnect it. So now if anyone else has this problem the fix is available in this forum.

Now I have to tackle why my traffic has tanked. Thank you to all and I hope we are all successful in our endeavors.
