Has the callback feature been disabled?
I've used this link to request a callback from Etsy Support in the past, and I tried to use it today - it's not working for me.

In the past, I could enter my phone number and someone - a human - would call me back pretty quickly. I got the link from another seller in the Forum a few years ago, and have given it out here and there in other posts.
Today, the link just has "Null" in the areas where there used to be text - the submit button also says "Null" so even if I enter my phone number, it doesn't work.
Has anyone tried this recently and gotten a call back? Or are you getting the same results?

Im seeing the same null bits when I click your link. Etsy probably made some tiny edit somewhere in the system that resulted in old direct links like that no longer working properly.
Phone call back is still an option but you will likely need to go through the endless clicking in the support ticket system until you find a combo of issues that call back is available for. It's not available for all issues or at all times of the day so you may have to get creative when selecting issues.

@pennyemporium You were actually the kind seller that gave me the link a couple years ago!
I think my original post from a couple years ago was because I was clicking and clicking through all the different options, but I could not find the call back option, only email.
