Has anyone been able to solve tracking issues completely?

I have been having issues with my orders keeping tracking in the "pretransit" mode to going through all parts of delivery to being delivered then suddenly one or two days later going back into "pretransit" mode.  All of these orders have correct tracking information, you click on the tracking number which takes you to USPS and you can see the package is delivered or out for delivery and Etsy is still calling it "pretransit"  I had two corrected by a specialist who sent me a email.  I keep sending messages through that email trying to get help with the rest of these with no reply or help.  I have just given up on Star Seller for the time being which is very upsetting.  I work very hard to keep customers happy and have quite a few 5 star reviews.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
