Half typed messages disappear when navigating away from the ap.

Seems to only be an app issue.  I start to message a customer, than need to check on some detail away from the app, and when I return my message has disappeared.    So frustrating!!

The same thing just happened when I was in the middle of typing a message and got a notification from the same customer sending a message to me.  I didn’t even click on the notification, but the message I was typing disappears.

That's the way it has always worked for me.

I never use the ap (only for notifications) I use safari, the browser is less glitchy.

Yup, this is a huge problem with using apps instead of a web browser, where you can have multiple tabs going. Honestly, the only purpose for the Sell on Etsy app is notifications, responding to "chit chat" type messages, and posting to Explore. The rest of it can wait till I'm at my desk.

It's always been like that. If you need to navigate away before you finish typing your message, select the entire message and copy it, then you can paste it back into the message box when you return. Or open Etsy in a browser app and use it simultaneously with the Etsy app.
