So my account was hacked yesterday. Now my shop has been suspended for sending promotions to over 100 other shops witch I did not do.
Anyone one else going or have gone through this I still have an order to do and can't print the labels

I have. Got the email telling me to over the policy witch I have and it is still suspended
Hi, I'm very sorry your Account was Hacked. If you haven't already, contact your bank immediately. In your Account, check your Sign Ins; if someone other than you is there, Sign them OUT. Also run virus scans on all of your devices. As well as report this theft to the authorities; you are the victim of a cyber crime. For the Hacker to send promotions to 100 other Shops is awful. And if anyone responds to those FAKE Messages, it's obviously a snowball effect. This is a shame.
It may be a good idea to "at" Admin ModFabio. I really hope this helps you moving forward.

You can get a shipping label other places. Pirateship, USPS etc. Check first that etsy isn't refunding your orders. They seem to do that automatically when they close a shop. Good luck getting this sorted.
