Hi,
Someone has hacked my old Etsy account. I closed my shop "Homemade By Slavie" a few years ago, but now it's open. They use all my personal info inside, but my listings were replaced by other types of listings. I think they stole my e-mail address and changed the password - that's how they have access to the account.
Please help

Re: Hacked account
They stole my e-mail, I can't access it. And, I can't change the password or activate 2-factor authentication. This old Etsy account should be inactive actually...

Re: Hacked account
What's interesting is that the new shop that has appeared in place of your old one appears to be well set up (except for the IP infringements) and not the products we usually see on hacked accounts (svgs with the off-site links in the about section). They also appear to have made a sale and received a positive review. I wonder if it's a technical issue whereby 2 legitimate accounts have become merged. Its very rare, but this has happened to other shops in the past.
I'm afraid all you can do is contact Etsy Support via one of your other shops, give them the url of your 'hacked' shop and let them sort it out. It might be best to request that the old shop be closed completely to avoid this happening again.

Yes, I see that! But they use my "About" section, my profile picture, and my shop name. Even my stolen old e-mail. This isn't correct, I think.
I can't find the chat with the support team, I would like to explain the situation

Re: Hacked account
can you help this seller with a hacked account please...
when you wake up i mean.
i called one of the forum mods who can forward your issue to the right place.
it is 3:30am in New York so you have to wait until etsy wakes up.
