HOORAY5 Coupon code not working?

I was trying to use the HOORAY5 coupon code Etsy just sent out today but it says I am ineligible when I try to check out....what??? I tried ordering from various stores but with no luck. I used no other coupon code. Is it working for everyone else? Don't know if I should tell my customers about it yet if it is not working. I see no start date mentioned.

Sorry I still can't edit or delete comments here.   I just realized this was sent to another email of mine, I was thinking this was another one of their promotions.
