HELP!!! been on vacation mode for 10 days for no reason? i have asked for help and no response!!

Etsy put my store in vacation mode and it says

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you." on the dashboard.

It's now been over a 10 days at this point, no emails or responses to my tickets. It's imperative that I get this resolved ASAP, I checeked my spam folders and don't see anything. ive been a seller here for 15 years w the exact same personal info i have now this is killing my family, as i have no money coming in!!!

What do I do? Please help

p.s. mi ID was uploaded clear as day all my info matches as it always has for 15 years my name, my address my social everything.

My god what has happened and why are we being treated like this its us the sellers that have built this company??????? Help?????????

Etsy does not do the verification. They have a 3rd party "Persona" who does it.

I am sorry this has happened to you. Mine is also down since the 27th. I keep getting emails asking for my correct date of birth. I give it and then nothing. It's not fun.
