Hey guys, Etsy recently asked me to verify my seller's info by uploading a government ID after my first sale. They withheld the funds and put my shop on holiday mode until i can verify my info. I uploaded my ID 10+ days ago and it's still not verified, yet the funds are available for deposit but my shop is still on holiday mode. Mind the usual period for verifications is 2-5 days. what might be the cause for this and how can i redolve this issue?
