Hello, I am not a fraudster. I did everything as if it was correct, but I caught the ban of the account. I sent an appeal and got an automatic notification that your account will remain in the ban in the future, in the appeal window it is written to wait for a response in 2 weeks.
I just opened a store, I made the first sale, after that I got a ban in 2 days, the sale is there, the buyer is waiting for the product, and I am not sure whether I should send it, because I do not understand whether I will be unblocked and whether I will get paid even if they do not unblock me for the sent goods ....((( help. what should I do?

Re: HELP ) Permanent account ban and misunderstanding with sending

'kits have always been a supply on etsy and don't have to be handmade items.'

Yes, I know this, thanks, and that was my point exactly... to me a camera is a tool and therefore should be allowed in the supplies category.

To try and help the OP figure out the why (which only Etsy knows for sure) his shop was closed - the only other thing that had not been mentioned above was the fact that some TOOLS are controlled by their manufacturers as to where they can be sold and who can sell them.

I was not attempting to engage in any sort of t*t-for-tat on the sanctity of  'handmade'... I didn't even mention handmade.

Re: HELP ) Permanent account ban and misunderstanding with sending

I think if it was the manufacturer did not allow it they would need to contact etsy and etsy tells you when they take down an item who made the complaint. I know a lot of new shops get closed soon after opening and then when someone actually looks at them they are reopened. I know a couple of sellers with other etsy shops many years selling on etsy and 1000s of sales who opened new shops that got closed. It can take etsy weeks for a human to actually look at the shop and then the only answer etsy give as to why it was closed is its a mistake and they reopen it.

On etsy, for cameras, for a recent timeframe (not vintage)

If you say another company made it
and it's a finished product
it had  has to be made by you,
or
designed by you, and made by your production partner, and it is in the handmade category

If you say another company made it
and it is a supply to make something else
you can list it as a supply

My camera is my biggest supply.  I could not operate my shop without it as I can't, don't, won't use my phone to take pictures.

If we can sell sewing machines (another one of my biggest supplies) we should be allowed to sell a camera.

you can sell a camera as a supply,

you can't sell it as handmade, if you did not make it, or design it

The OP listed it as handmade

I understand he listed it as handmade, but that's something we should be able to change - we all make mistakes but maybe something like this warrants a second chance?

Especially with the thousands (maybe millions) of sellers that are re-selling and counterfeiting and getting away with it.
