I changed my listings from free shipping to calculated shipping last Friday, May 12. Unfortunately, several are still showing as free shipping, even though when I go to edit them, the correct shipping option is showing. I even deleted the free shipping option and some are still showing as free shipping. I only found this when someone purchased yesterday and got free shipping. I am basically paying this person to take my item after fees, shipping and materials.
I cannot get through to etsy support. I keep trying the contact support option, but all that happens is the page refreshes. I've tried on 2 different machines, and 3 different browsers.
I noticed you hadn't received any comments and thought I'd look to see if you had an issue I could help with, but all I would really be able to do is look at your listings for you, and you're on vacation right now. I was just going to check to see if you had one of those "Free over $35" settings or something that might trigger your more expensive items to automatically ship for free even if you set them to calculated shipping. That's all I could think of...I've switched back and forth between free and calculated myself and not had that problem. Hopefully it resolves for you!
Yup, you probably have the Free Shipping Guarantee turned on.
