Can someone explain to me what's going on? Although I changed my password with the e-mail password link I received last night, I cannot login to etsy as of this morning. While solving a problem, another problem arises..
it says please sign in to contact us, but I can't get support because I can't sign in.
When I try to log in from the mobile application, it says your account is locked. "You may be unable to access your account." says.
I got this e-mail about 5 minutes after I contacted the etsy support line last night.

Even though I sent a few emails, no one replied. I started to feel helpless.

I wrote from everywhere. They said that they would respond by mail, but unfortunately no one did. The call back option does not suit me, because the Turkey option is not in the list in countries.
I have 4 unresolved tickets since June 6th. And no one is giving me feedback on the matter. Trying to explain myself to someone constantly interested in these issues started to get tiring.
Never change your password using a link in an email it could be a scam!
Don't keep sending tickets as each time you go to the bottom of the queue. Wait for Etsy to answer and if your issue is not resolved then reply to the email sent to you otherwise Etsy will close it and you will have to start again.
@Rakaubox Did you try Chat Support today?? Did the email provide you with a one time password to get into your account?
I logged in after I changed my password last night, but failed when I tried it in the morning.
Yes, I reached out to the support team. But no one-time password or similar code was sent. The ticket was created, they said they will get back as soon as possible and I'm still waiting. It's been about 10 hours and so far there has been no response.
An account recovery shouldn't take this long...
@Rakaubox do you have a sign in screen? There's an area at the bottom that says they can email you a sign in link if you're unable to log in.
I've tried every possible way but it doesn't work. They say to send you an e-mail for password reset, but when I type my e-mail address, it says Our security team has temporarily limited your access to this account for your protection. When I try again, it says To regain access, please contact us.

My shop was compromised. I didn't click a link or anything. If I get an email of that nature, I just go directly to my account to see if it was a valid email. I'm not sure how my shop was "taken" from me. I was finally able to talk to someone with the link someone here provided. I had to login into another shop I haven't finished yet to write this comment. Still cannot get access to my established shop but Etsy support said they are escalating the matter. I think others have been hacked as well.

Shops are getting hacked and it's been difficult to resolve. Private details? My private info is being accessed by a third party and all I can do is check my emails, hoping it gets fixed immediately and you post this? Just wow.
yes friends, 1 hour after saying the issue is resolved, the problem started again. I've been waiting for an e-mail since yesterday, but I'm getting an e-mail that people on this subject are not available. It shouldn't take 3 days to get an account back. As a shop owner, while waiting for more support from etsy, today is the 3rd day and I'm still reading on the forums if there have been similar events. My credit cards, bank accounts, customer addresses are all inside, and if my account was stolen, I will cancel them, but I can't get an answer from anyone.
Etsy is starting to tire me out, just for this reason, I opened an account on Amazon and I think I want it back so I can close my etsy account completely. I have never felt so helpless on any platform, Thank you Etsy.
I’ve been having the same problem- the 2-factor authentication goes to my old phone number. I have tried countless times to contact Etsy with no luck. I have given up and blocked them from my bank account. Not worth the trouble. Their support system is the absolute worst.
