Hi I'm totally locked out of my account on my laptop. My security is to send code to phone. Changed my phone number how can I change it on my account on cell phone HELP!

As I previously said, if the OP usually uses a Laptop and is now trying to change settings using a Phone, the system will detect another device and this will trigger the "authentication code" requirement.
I still think OP is best advised to go back to the Laptop and, after refreshing, try to log in again. There have been Log In issues for months (years) which actually correct themselves after a few attempts
Using the phone as a second device is what is triggering the "code" issue.
The OP has advised that she does not have 2 step authentication, so this just looks like a normal "Log In" glitch rather than a "I am locked out" issue

@HeartofMePaperie Have you tried your Lap Top again? Did you have log in details saved to autopopulate? If so, these may be incorrect.
Perhaps try the Laptop one more time, this time manually entering your User Name (Shop Email) and Password.
There is no reason the Laptop, as your primary device, should be asking for an authentication code as you do not have 2 step active.

@HeartofMePaperie I am following up on a comment you posted up-thread. Whilst not detailing the specifics, may I suggest that it may be possible that someone who knows/knew you well actually accessed your Shop to change the password? That may explain your current difficulties when trying to log in to your Shop on your primary device (Laptop PC)?
No they did not. No one is understanding. I cleared the cache that sent all my accounts to ask security infoi understand it. Its not rocket science it's just contacting etsy is a pain
Ok yes I did add security to text my phone for a code to login that's the problem it doesn't matter what I do it keeps sending the message I'm so stressed I've not slept someone in here has to be able to contact ets
No they did NOT. Once one clears history data it will ask for security on all accounts. I'm logged in on my phone but no way to contact etsy without them asking me to login. When I do it says type in code sent to phone. I can't it's not updated phone is a recent new number HELP HELP HELP
On your computer, in the History section of your browser, can you click on "Restore Previous Session"?
I wonder if that will get you back into Etsy.

@HeartofMePaperie If you're logged in on your phone (which your OP says you are), you should be able to edit your phone number in your account settings.
@HeartofMePaperie This forum section is peer support from other sellers, not from Etsy support. You need to contact Etsy to get help from them, which I'm sure you've already been advised.

I don't understand why if we can see you messaging from your account you're not able to do the necessary on your phone using a browser not the app.
