HELP! My Listing Removed By Etsy, where Can I get help!?

Hi All, pretty desperate here. My listing got removed a year ago. it seems like every time I find a place to get Etsy customer service, I just receive an automated response. 

All my matches put together by me in my garage. Does anyone have any luck appealing? I sent them a few pictures of my process and got an automated response.

Not sure what you're trying to sell, but could the deactivation be because of the Prohibited Items Policy?

Specifically #3, Dangerous Items: Hazardous Materials, Recalled Items, and Weapons

Only reply to the original message you got from Etsy stating that you need help.  If you are opening new help requests Etsy will just close them.  Also, maybe you could ask a forum moderator for help.  If the item you are trying to sell is prohibited, maybe Etsy can clarify that for you.

Matches would seem to fall into Etsy's prohibited items category.  Etsy specifically prohibits flammable items.

Selling matches is against Etsy Prohibited Items Policy & TOU.

Shipping certain matches (hazmat) is against USPS policy.

Making medical &/or metaphysical claims (Palo Santo) is against Etsy Prohibited Items Policy.
