HELP! I wrote to Etsy over two weeks ago - NO ANSWER

Hello,

I'm stumped...My other shop, TheSparklyHippo, is inaccessible to me. One day a few weeks ago I got an email from etsy stating they disconnected my bank account from the shop, and then they changed my email to another email that I own. But when I try to login with that email, there's NO SHOP attached to it! 

When I did a search for my shop, it shows NO RESULTS!

I've written in twice, two weeks ago, and again a week ago. NO RESPONSE! 

I've received no warning...didn't violate a dang thing that I know of. Had actually made no changes recently or added anything new. 

I'm stumped. 

Etsy used to have a phone number you could call...now it's just an email black hole. 

I'm so disappointed.

@LAmineralsMakeup  : Did you reply to the Etsy eMail(s) that your problem was not resolved?  DO NOT open a new issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy will have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that to keep the report alive. You may have to do this innumerable times before anything is done but do not give up.

I didn't realize I could reply directly to their email. I just did what you suggested. Thank you! Hopefully I will hear something soon.

it sounds like you were hacked... hackers would disconnect your bank account and then add theirs in your place and they always change the email address...etsy would not know you had another email address to change it to but hackers would.

it also sounds like etsy closed your shop because of all the suspicious things happening.

Yeah I think they did close my shop, but you'd think they would write to me at my established/prior email?

Looks Like I was totally hacked. This is a promo email from etsy....evidently the hacker changed my store name from TheSparklyHippo to that string of letters and numbers at the header of the email here.

Please return and let us know if this gets fixed.  I have always worried about what to do if hacked and  if it can be fixed!

I know this issue is being handled, but I am always able to use Etsy's chat when I need help. You can find the 24/7 chat in the help section under "Contact us", then in a topic click on " I still need help"
