Same problem both on desktop and through the Etsy app

I have the same problem. Once it is there but when i want to answer message or list item the dashboard is gone and "stitch has gone awray" message appears. And when i want to go etsy "help" page, it gives the same message" a stitch has gone awry" so it it even impossible to contact help.
