Help! I feel desperate and totally helpless.
At the beginning of the year, Etsy started deactivating some of my listings, alluding to they weren’t in line with Etsy's Creativity Standards.
All my dresses are designed and handcrafted by me. To take the photos I rely on some photographer friends and models.
I have contacted etsy support numerous times, but I never receive any help. I have suggested sending them proofs of me making my pieces in my atelier. Photos of the making off of the photo shoots. But nothing.
They have not reactivated my listing. They tell me that they know that everything I tell them is true and that I do not need to send proof. But all I get is a refund of the 20 cents for creating the listing.
I have been without my star seller badges for the entire year, they have deactivated my best sellers with the financial loss that this entails, I have lost visibility and now they are threatening to close my store.
AI am desperate, I don't know who to contact to solve this situation. Can you help me?
Thank you so much

Wow, what a stunning shop, and photography, @HaizeaCouture ! You probably realize by now that it's most likely bot programs removing your listings, and I could guess it's because your fabulous photography (which is art itself, you could just sell the pictures!) is probably being copied elsewhere on the internet.
Sorry to say, this is happening to a lot of truly handmade shops this past year, as Etsy attempts to remove unqualified listings with a very broad brush. All you can do on Etsy is try to contact Support, and wait until they get back to you.
Luckily, I see you have your own website, and recommend that you concentrate on promoting that on social media. Best wishes!
The forums are filled with stories like yours and the conclusion is that usually it's because your photos have been stolen and are on large wholesale sites (like Aliexpress, Temu, etc.). Have you done reverse-image searches? When you find them on those sites, you must file a DMCA takedown notice to those sites.
Then, send a copy of the takedowns to etsy to prove that you are proactively protecting your IP (photos). It will take time
