Ground Advantage and Processing Time

All of a sudden last week I have not been able to create a listing because the Ground Advantage option is not giving me any way to put in the weight and size of package. It also has changed my shipping processing time to one day instead of the 1-3 days I have constantly changed it to. It keeps telling the profile is saved but then reverts it back again. I have contacted support twice, once actually on the phone and nothing has been done. On the phone I was told it was being transferred to the technical department and no one ever came on the line. Any one know what I should do next so I can list again?

Are you talking about setting up a listing? Ground Advantage has nothing to do with entering the weight on a listing. I am not sure I understand exactly what is happening. Could you walk me through it step by step?

As for your processing time, go to you shipping profile(s) and see how you have those set up.

Click on settings on your seller dashboard and select shipping. You will see the order processing on the page that pulls up.

I have already done all of that. I have tried the fixes on the email response I got and they do not work.  When I create a listing & add my shipping profile for ground advantage, there is no option to enter the weight and size so then I get an error message that I need to enter the items weight but there is no option to enter it. I have also tried to click on the error message "item weight missing" & it doesn't do anything. I have tried creating a new shipping method when I select ground advantage it doesn't give me the option to "calculate for me" it only gives "free shipping." Also, when I go to the shipping profiles in settings I get an error message that says "uh oh something went wrong."
