Green star

Hello fellow store keepers!

I may have known this in the past but it escapes my mind; does anyone know what the green star next to some past customers icons means?

Anyone know?

It means they bought from you before they are repeat customers

Mine are orange, for repeat buyers.

It's been a while since I had a share & save sale, but got a vague memory of that label being green, though don't think it was a star.

I have never seen a green star next to a customer's name... in the seller app, it shows  a star with the words "repeat buyer" highlighted in green. On a web browser, it just shows an orange star.

Are you seeing this on the seller app, or web browser? If the app, are you using an android or apple device? (I have android)

I have never seen green stars.  For repeat buyers, I see orange stars.  Maybe the green star is for Share & Save sales or the new Mix & Match sales.  Not sure, but examine what type of sale it was if it wasn't a regular sale type transaction.

Again, yes repeat customers for me are orange stars.

I just googled it and from an etsy post back in 2015 it says that a green star means repeat buyer. So not sure why you are getting a green star now. Weird.
