Government ID verification failed, stuck in holiday mode

I’m not a new seller, been on Etsy for over 15 years but over a week ago Etsy requested I upload government id. I’m pretty sure I’ve done this in the past but I have been put on holiday mode, so I uploaded my passport id. Yesterday I received a message on Etsy saying the verification had failed. I uploaded the information again but wanted to talk to Etsy, as there is no indication to why it failed and if it fails again, my shop will be closed for ages. The Etsy chat box is not available ( not sure why ), so I emailed them but only got an automated response that said it took 3-5 days. How do I resolve this and get my shop open again and is there no longer a chat facility? Any help would be greatly appreciated I can’t afford to be closed for ages
