I have been in contact with Esty via chat, email and multiple help requests regarding the take down of my listing. You have continued to promise a response over the issue of Alibaba sellers stealing my photos, even after we have submitted the forms and screenshots of our takedowns and IP rights. We are very disappointed after many years of dedication and are moving forward with a complaint with the BBB.
Your suggestion that appeals would be available for sellers has not been my experience. It was stated directly that we would be able to address these bot take downs, but this has not been accessible so far. Do better for those you promise to represent.

You're not actually talking to Etsy here, these are Seller to Seller forums, and are only occasionally visited by the odd moderator or two whose job it is to make sure we obey the forums rules and keep it civil. They may sometimes refer a post up the line for further attention, but for the most part no-one with any real authority from Etsy will see your post. If you are wanting to get the message across, use the messaging system rather than the forums.
Yes, I do know that but I appreciate your reply. This is just one of the many smaller things we are now trying after multiple attempts at using the chat feature, support tickets and emails with etsy. I have seen the rare posts that are closed by the moderators noting they will be moved up, and if this happens to end up being one of them, it was no real extra effort!
It seems that a moderator did forward their message to the appropriate team.
Some sellers in your position have found a solution in taking new thumbnail photos for their Etsy listings. This way, the bots do not see duplicate photos all over the internet and deactivate the Etsy listings.
Thank you for the suggestion! I have made a new listing with new photos. I was able to reverse image search and found many of my photos on Alibaba and replaced any images I could find. We are still hoping to have the original listing reinstated to regain the traffic lost however.
