Hi, I run several shops on Etsy and two of my shops have recently been suspended while doing the exact same thing, which is adding an item via Gooten. I thought Gotten was allowed so I am confused as to why the accounts have been suspended. I have done the appeals and after a couple days they reset and ask me to file an appeal again. Is anyone else getting this issue?
Ive tried contacting help on both accounts, but they say they will not discuss suspensions further. Not sure what to do?
Anyone else experiencing this?
And before its asked. No I am not violating any policies that I know of! I sell stationery items that are designed by myself.

Print on Demand companies. I use them to print greeting cards. They have an Etsy integration.

I havent even had a chance to fill that out, but on my other shops yes. I was literally adding my 3rd item as a draft.
Not to mention I paid 15 dollars twice to open each shop and they will not give me the time of day.
What were you selling in each shop?
Thanks. I only saw the first line as my system truncated the rest so it didn't even look like anything else was there at first glance. Plus I don't usually even look at shop announcements. I'll have to get better about that.

I see all 3 of your shops too….Has it been fixed? Or maybe you received one of those spam/phishing messages that says your shop is suspended when it really is not?

It sounds like you have received a very convincing scam message. The scammers are targeting new shops so expect a lot of these types of emails. They are most sophisticated and masquerade as Etsy support. Apparently you might get a scam attempt each time you list a new item. Be very vigilant and never believe anything in an email until you have logged into your account(s) to check what is really going on. If Etsy has really sent you a message, you will find it in the From Etsy folder in messages.

Unfortunately I WISH that was the case. But the accounts are defiantly suspended. I cannot do anything within the accounts.
Maybe you were hacked because they are open. I checked both
