(PLEASE IGNORE MY PREVIOUS POST, as I accidentally re-post another seller's post)
Here's what happened.
In the past 3 days, a few potential new customers had messaged me multiple times about the same questions. I replied multiple time, and seems that they did not received my message.
Finally, only one new customer received my 3rd or 4th new reply, after she messaged me 3 or 4 times, every time a new message.
This is what she had experienced: "Hi! Have you gotten my messages? They show as sent but then disappear. "
Is this happening to anyone else?
