Is anyone else having issues with a possible glitch in the system? In my non completed orders I will have the same person on two separate pages but it’s one order, when checking the customers order history it only shows one order, yet the same order pops up on page 1 of non completed orders and page 2. I am now having a few customers tell me their order has sat “pre-transit” for 7 full days. When I print all labels their label didn’t print, what is going on?
